SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL SHIPPING:

West Home ships to 48 contiguous states, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days, unless longer lead times are specified in a product's description. Processing times are in place regardless of shipping days. If the item you order has an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly, and will update you on the process.

SHIPPING FLAT RATE TIERS:

Most of our items ship out of Grass Valley, California. We created flat rates depending on the weight of the package. That amount will appear at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather and/or holidays, etc. 

MISSING, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

On rare occasions, your item might encounter damages from transit, or defects from manufacturing. Ensure that your items are thoroughly inspected at delivery. If you shipment does have defects or damages, please contact West Home via phone or Contact Form within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.

FURNITURE & MATTRESS DELIVERIES:

Please measure the spaces where your piece will go, before purchasing. This also includes cross-checking to see if the dimensions found on each product's description, matches the space in your room. Measuring is always the customer's responsibility; our delivery team will not measure for you. West Home will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit in the buyer's home. 

Furniture pieces that are custom-made cannot be returned or refunded.

After purchase, we will contact you when the item has shipped, and once again when it is ready to be scheduled on the delivery schedule. We will also contact you if you choose to pickup at the store, rather than have it delivered. All deliveries occur Monday-Saturday during our hours of business. 

Your piece(s) will be delivered to your room of choice, unless specified. Please ensure the space is prepped for your piece(s) prior to the delivery as it is not the delivery team's responsibility to move furniture that they are not delivering. If you purchased a mattress or bed set, our team will remove your old mattress if you purchase the swapping fee. For more information, please see our front desk at the store.

All items must be inspected upon delivery, and you must provide a signature upon delivery. If this signature is not received, West Home reserves the right to review or reject such incidents. All furniture damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
